All sales are final.

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned.

Dissatisfaction with the product
Delays caused by courier services
Damage occurring during delivery

Incorrect or Damaged Items

While we do not offer refunds or returns, if you believe you have received the wrong item or a severely damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tinytokyosl@gmail.com with:

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine if a replacement or alternative solution is possible at our sole discretion.
